Very professional in and out great job

Tim was very professional. No nonsense, had patience and I recommend him highly.

The tech was on time, the app to manage the service call worked great. Tim diagnosed the issue and looked at al possible solutions. He found the issue and implemented the appropriate fix, after 2 years the refrigerator is finally working right.

Service was great unfortunately problem not really fixed

The technician has been great but he has had to go by the rules. I just got a bum appliance. This was the fifth service call.

Tim was great. The office quoted $159 but charged me $223 which was a surprise. They should inform customers of extra labour when done.

Tim had been to our home a number of times. But this time the item has been fixed. Its a brand new appliance as is the home and not something one expects.
