When I made an appointment to come fix my microwave, I listed the details. I gave the model number, which is for a 26 yr. old Whirlpool Gold Series, and said I overheated it and it went dead. The man came and eventually told me the fuse was dead and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that fuse has been long discontinued and is no longer avaiable. My microwave cannot be fixed. I feel Flamingo knew my microwave could not be fixed even before they sent a man to fix it! He only came to collect the $159 service charge. I'm not happy with the way Flamingo treated me!
