I put three stars because I am not sure who I am reviewing Shannon or Flamingo. Shannon is 5 stars. An absolute professional. He went above and beyond and should be recognized for his contribution to the company. Flamingo is 0 stars. I had to continue to follow up on my work day with no updates, the automated system was way off, and to no fault of the technician my 2-5 window arrived at 8pm and not finished until 9. As a company you owe to your employees to do better and value them. Your poor planning, and execution should not reflect on them.

Shannon was very professional and corrected the problem with the washer. I did not know that I should pull out the drawer that was full of water after a wash. He showed me how to operate the detergent liquid and softener drawer. Problem solved.

Still broken. This saga just won’t end. Four weeks after ordering the parts that would supposedly fix the fridge - no deal. Parts arrived at their warehouse on June 25th - but I had to wait until July 17 for a technician to come. Within 24 hours the fridge was malfunctioning with the same exact problem they were supposed to fix. Unfortunately Flamingo is the only provider that JennAir will authorize in Atlanta. This is called a monopoly. Outraged.

Shannon is very professional. He thoroughly communicates with staff and residents. He goes above and beyond to diagnose problem quick and correctly the first time.
