I am not very impressed with the service my first appointment was canceled in my window time that they were supposed to arrive. Sent me a text to reschedule my appointment with a link when I click the link. I rescheduled the appointment come to find out it was only for my dryer not my washing machine had to call 3 to 4 different times and was told I was not allowed to have two appointments that they had to cancel it and make it on the same day the day before they were supposed to come. I received a text saying that my parts arrived when they were never even at my house to look at my machines, the parts were never even brought into the house was told that they needed new parts for my dryer that wouldn’t come in for a whole month and I am still without a dryer but the parts that they ordered for my dryer before they even came, were there in five days, but the parts I need won’t come in for a whole month.

Flamingo is good company. They don't have sufficient personnel, repairs take much too long. As a customer, Im not satisfied.

Shane was very professional and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He knew exactly what part needed to be replaced and brought it with him, making it very convenient for us since we didn't have to wait any longer for our appliance to be back and running properly.
