Start by saying your folks on the phone and the various techs were very polite and friendly. Our saga started a month ago when our Best Buy fridge failed. We put a claim on our Best Buy warranty and they sent their local partner. After three visits over a couple weeks, they determined it was a compressor. Because the compressor was under the factory warranty they got Flamingo involved. Nobody told Flamingo why they were involved so their first visit they had no idea they were here for a compressor. Over two additional visits over a couple weeks they replaced the compressor and a few other things to include the fan. When thy concluded work last Friday they pronounced it fixed. Only the freezer however was fixed and the fridge continued not to work. A phone message to Flamingo on that Friday, an email and a request submitted on the web site also on that day stating there was still a problem have to this day (Wednesday five days later ) not been returned. We also called Best Buy to ask what point they stop sending repair companies and just replace the fridge. They responded by sending the original repair company back who came today and said the fan allegedly replaced by Flamingo was not working. Maybe they will have the part Friday, maybe not. Who knows at this point we are done believing anyone. Today is the one month anniversary of the fridge going down. In spite of at least seven visits by two different appliance companies for a fridge we bought 14 months ago. While your company was not the only problem, it certainly didn’t help. We continue to keep everything in an igloo cooler and have probably at this point after a month spent enough on ice to just buy another fridge. Our fault for buying from the always terrible Best Buy in the first place but another lesson re-learned. Pretty sure you don’t want me to write a review on any of the below sites.

When Joel came in and my son explained the problems we were having with the refrigerator. Joel said the temperature for the freezer was set too low and supposedly the vents in the refrigerator were blocked. He raised the freezer to #3, and the refrigerator to 36.When my son told him that thee refrigerator was also leaking and making noise he said the noise was the compressor and did not bother to check why or where the leak was coming from.
