Repairman needs to listen to the customer when they say there is a problem and explains what it is all the meters and other equipment not needed in this case just common sense Tech told me he found nothing wrong and I would have to take up my complaint then when I got upset and was calling Whirlpool all of a sudden he said he found the problem the hose to the outflow was too far down so water was. not draining properly I told him that was one of the problems he should have checked that he was just going to leave I am handicapped and 73 years old I was very upset by all of this I do not want this man getting in any trouble but next time don’t be so quick to leave I was probably his last stop and with this heat and the mask I know it is hard so consider this a Heads up not a complaint

In all appearances Mike is a very good technician who knows his job well. The only downside to this service and this is not against Mike because he doesn't set the service price, is the overall cost. For 1 1/2 hours of work and a $530 price I find that to be a huge hourly rate especially when the parts are covered in the warranty.
