When the tech moved the refrigerator out he put it out of level. The door doesn’t seem to shut like the other one did. The tech said that the gasket needed a few days to loosen up. Unfortunately I forgot and now I'm screwed by whirlpool's lousy attitude about rectifying my situation. I will not forget again and will tell eveyone I can about how disappointed I am about my situation. It would be nice if I was contacted about possibly replacing my refrigerator since the noise drive us crazy. I don't believe that no one has any idea about what causes my problem. My opinion is that Whirlpool is terrible to deal with. No wonder the foreign brands are doing well.

My light in the freezer hasn’t worked since new. It needs a new switch. No, it’s my fault caused by humidity. My ice maker has jammed 20 times since new. Does it need a new ice maker? No, it’s my fault because I have reverse osmosis. I was told to remove my refrigerator filter for my water because it’s not really needed? Guess what? The ice maker still quit because of a jammed cube and the freezer light has to be turned on manually but he did tighten the freezer door handle. I will be making another warranty appointment but I will try to make sure it’s not with Flamingo. I thought you get paid for repairing things? Also to come to someone’s door with no mask and then put an ill fitting mask on because I have one on doesn’t make for best first impressions.

This has been an ongoing problem with a kitchenaid beverage centre. The unit randomly vibrates when on a cooling cycle, so always difficult for tech to hear it when he is here. I have video of it doing this, and my service tech (Joel) did also hear it on one of his visits. After investigation he determined the motors were bad, so changed them out. Then on another visit he changed out the rear casing of the unit after discovering it was defective. Unfortunately the noise is back, but again only very infrequently. Joel has been very thorough investigating the problem, but as it stands now there is no final conclusion.
