ROBERT went up and above to complete the job and make sure my washing machine was operating efficiently. My only constructive criticism is when I was trying to make an appointment or change my appointment. I had a question and I wanted to speak to a manager, after several attempts, I was not able to get a hold of a manager, nor would anyone call me back. I’ve owned and operated several small and large businesses and no matter how big you get how fast you grow don’t ever lose sight having someone available from your company speak to your clients Thanks so much

Robert clearly explained what was wrong with my ice maker and quickly fixed the issue. He also provided helpful advice on refrigerator maintenance and cleaned the coils at no charge. I highly recommend Robert!
