Matt was congenial and seemed knowledgeable, and found the problem quickly. Once found, he shared a lot of information as well as what the cost would be, then suggested i call customer service and ask for a labor and parts authorization since my washer was quite new - way too new for the big problems he discovered.

I love it when I am assigned to Matt. He is such a nice man, so polite and knowledgeable. He always takes his time and I feel very confident when he leaves that I have just gotten the BEST technician ever!! Please always send Matt or Anthony to our house!! Linda Grogan
