Hugue was professional, and explained things in detail. He was respectful of masking, and offered clarification when I had questions about things. Flamingo followed through regarding the promised day of a visit by a service person. We are very pleased!

The technician was friendly and professional. I felt that he went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He even offered to take a look at my othe kitchenaid appliances that I didn't call for service for. I appreciated his expertise and his willingness to answer all of my questions.
