Technician was professional. Issue is with length of time it takes to have someone come to your residence after scheduling an appointment. Takes about two weeks. If item is not repaired and a follow up appointment is needed, could be possibly looking at a month before repairs are complete.

He was professional, friendly and informative. He knew what was wrong before he started based on my description of what happened. Amazing watching him disassemble and reassemble the oven. Very good experience. Thank you!!!
