Flamingo Appliance sent Adrian to our home yesterday to repair our dish washer. He was very polite, professional and personable. He explained the problem, performed the repair and gave me a suggestion to help avoid the issue in the future - I shouldn’t rinse the dishes before loading the DW. Seems the detergent needs dirty dishes to work the way it’s supposed to. We told Adrian that if in the future we had any appliance issues requiring a visit from Flamingo, we would ask for him. As an aside we have a newly constructed home with brand new appliances. Flamingo has been here numerous times for repair jobs. They always send an email confirmation of the appointment, the day before the appointment they send a follow up narrowing down the time to a 3 hour window, the technician calls on his/her way and they always show up on time. I would highly recommend Flamingo and especially Adrian to anyone with appliance repair issues.

Adrian was very knowledgeable about his work and experience, he knew right where to look and seen something that was not right. Brand new appliance, the people that built it left a big bolt that got stuck to the magnetic drive component...not cool... give this man a raise...
