Joshua performed some much needed repairs to our washing machine. He called prior to the two service appointments he made and showed up for both when he said he would---"not" a typical response for most of the Florida appliance repair techs that we've dealt with. The first appt. he used to diagnose several problems with our unit and to order the required replacement parts, and the second one he used to professionally and promptly install these parts. The machine runs like new! It was a pleasure dealing with him and we would highly recommend him.

Professional, Knowedgable, Courteous and I felt he cared about our problems and hopefully his reccomendations lead to a solution.
