same day add on. cc not spinning out clothes. unable to preid any parts without notice. tested unit not locking. found lid pushed down. popped back into normal shap. tested after now starts and locks. put through a quick wash cycle. unit went through full cycle with customers present. all ok now.

cc not making ice. checked ice maker in diagnostic mode test #29. icemaker does through harvest. does not fill with water. valve is getting voltage but no water pass through. tested water dispenser is working. will need new door. saved autho needed.; saved tckt

customer states takes 3 times to dry clothes even small loads. first thing checekd was air flow. unit isn't blocked up. removed vent and has good flow now. also showed customer with and without vent connected to wall. informed needs to call and have vent cleaned. unit is running and heating.

customer complaint left module not working. will turn on and then back off. or show error code e2. this unit has no information at all on service patters. called tech line spoke with 'robert'. tested unit with customer is working both rear and front hotplates. tested fan and right side module is also working too. file #7737558676 recommended replace control module. parts are still in warranty 5 years. informed customer part isn't in stock and will take time to get will get in touch when parts are checked in.; ordrng 1 W11195737 (control) and 1 W11195477 (display) and 1 2man
