Q1-No Q2-No due to covid protocol no customer signature. Checked ice maker and found that compressor is running but it is not cooling. Advised customer that unit needs a full sealed system repair. Customer declined as it is old. Customer paid 149.00 diagnostic fee. Job complete

Ran test 57 and 45 for harvesting and water fill. Ice maker harvested and filled. Ice maker is now working as designed. Customer paid in full. Job complete.
