MICROWAVE OTR KITCHENAID KMHC319ESS5 "Complaint is that unit is running cooling fan motor whenever the door is opened. Checked all interlock along with proper wiring, everything checked out fine. Found that neutral coming out of cooling fan motor is shorted to ground, verified by disconnecting white wire terminal from motor and testing it for continuity to ground. Unable to locate where wire is shorted, will have to replace main wiring harness to correct issue.; ordrng 1 W11302352 (main harness) and 1 W11302286 (wiring harness (lamp & TT)) and 1 W10508746 (smart pop harness)"

REFRIGERATOR MAYTAG MRT311FFFZ00 "Q1:N, Q2:N. Unit is making a creaking noise whenever either door is opened or closed, also whenever unit is slightly moved. Noticed that drain pan runs all the way from front to back and is wedged against bottom of cabinet. Noise is coming from that area whenever there's any movement on the unit. Unable to seperate drain pan from cabinet. Cabinet seems to be slightly bowed at the bottom which is what's causing is to rub against drain pan. Spoke with Rick from techline who had me do a live video chat and showed him where cabinet is bowed and is pushing against drain pan from front to back. After completion of repair, vacumming unit, and charging went turned on unit and compressor overload tripped. Emptied refrigerant from system and tried running compressor and still overload tripped. Unit will also need compressor replaced to complete repair. Compressor is a PSP item not in stock anywhere. Spoke with Tabatha from trade partner to see if they had better availability, she advised me they would not have it available at their warehouse unitl 5/22. Customer is very upset. Spoke with Kendall from product exchange team who advised they will be setting up unit for product exchange at this point. Advised customer, okay to close ticket. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KSSS42QDX05 "Q1:N, Q2:N Customer complaint unit wasn't cooling. Upon arrival found that unit was completely off. Verified 120V input to ON/OFF switch but no output and switch was on the on position. Bypassed switch and unit came on along with all cooling components, power switch is defective. Allowed unit to run for an hour while I picked up switch locally. Found good frost pattern on evaporator upon arrival, sealed system seems to be working fine. Replaced switch to correct issue of unit powering down. Advised customer to allow unit 24 hours of cooling run time prior to loading. . .No signature due to Covid-19 protocol; pckd up 1 WP2266802 (power switch)"
DRYER WHIRLPOOL WGD4850HW0 "Q1:N, Q2:N. Customer's complaint that unit is taking long to dry, up to 4 cycles to dry a load. Used dryer vent test kit and there is little to no air circulation. I actually found that lint is being blown back out when I removed lint filter. Set 45 minutes timed cycle on medium heat to dry two big towels and two hand towels without vent hose hooked up to dryer. Towels were dry after only 25 minutes of run time. Issue is definetely with vent system, dryer itself is working fine. Customer advised they had dryer vent cleaning done about 4 months ago and it dried better for a while but gradually went back to having to run 4 times. Recommended they have builder check outlet, possibly grids on screen are too small making it easier to block up. No signature due to Covid-19 protocol."
