Very frustrating experience. Last Friday, we waited the entire day for the service appointment for my washing machine. At around 4:00 p.m. the technician contacted me and asked me to send him the model and serial number of the machine. Only after receiving this information did he informed me that it would be better to buy a new one instead of repairing it. The model and serial number of the machine was already given by the time I scheduled the appointment. I wasted the whole day waiting at home to receive this conclusion so late, something that could have been said at the very beginning. I will not buy another Whirlpool washer. Thank you
