Noah was very professional and solved a problem with our refrigerator that another company couldn’t for months. I would highly recommend him. Great guy!

Noah is an exceptional technician and very thorough. He corrected my appliance problem quickly and gave me a brief explanation on the operation of my appliance to avoid unnecessary calls for repair.

Noah for the win! 4th times the charm, I guess. We had another technician come out to fix the ice maker on our Kitchenaid Refrigerator, and it still did not work. Noah came to the rescue and replaced the ice maker, installing it properly so it actually makes ice. We are enjoying our beverages so cold now, instead of the month of European style drinks (room temp). He was prompt, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable.

Excellent, friendly and fast service!

Didn’t communication very well of arrival. I was just giving a window of 8 AM to 4 PM and nothing more concrete than that. Did not get a call until about 3:10 that he’d be here in 10 minutes. I could’ve spent something doing something all day and been back at home by then, but instead, I had to spend my whole day waiting with no updates

Noah was short and dismissed our concerns.
