Michael was professional, kind, and hard working. He had to come back a few times to fix my washing machine, and each time he really took his time to figure out what the problem was.

My opinion of Michael is fantastic. He was thorough, knowledgeable and communicates in an effective manner. He properly diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator issues. Michael is a top tier technician. Your company should be proud he’s on your team

Technician with a great customer service and knowledge

KitchenAid refrigerator repaired under extended warranty. Great Job by Michael. He communicated in a timely manner and arrived early, as promised. He quickly troubleshot our issue and then replaced the bad part. Fridge has been working fine since his repair. However, when he isolated our bad part, we gave him a replacement part delivered to us earlier by Whirlpool. He initially refused to install it because he said spare parts must be provided by Flamingo, not Whirlpool. He said the Flamingo part was likely on backorder and could takes weeks to arrive. After a bit of discussion, he decided to call a supervisor. The supervisor told him to proceed with installing the Whirlpool provided part. Removal and replacement took him less than 15 minutes. So, Michael did a great job and fixed our fridge. But we still don't understand the issue regarding Flamingo installing Whirlpool provided parts. Flamingo is under contract to provide warranty repair for Whirlpool. Those two companies need to get their act together to address this "parts" issue and train their technicians accordingly.
