True professional

Slow water dispensing from a new whirlpool fridge was the issue. Technician arrived, filled up a cup with water, then conducted the same test without the fridge filter in place. Judged by eye that the water flow was sufficient and no issues were present. No further troubleshooting by the technician was conducted. After the technician left, I performed the same tests that he did only using a stopwatch to determine water flow rate; concluding that the water flow rate was 0.3 gpm. Researching the fridge model number indicates an expected water flow from a properly working fridge to be 0.5 gpm. This means my fridge is operating at an almost 50% deficit from manufacturers information. No one would know if it is the house water pressure or an issue within the fridge because further investigation by the technician hired for repairs was not conducted. Would not recommend this company.

I was truly impressed with Keiths professionalism a pleasant personality. He worked quickly and was very respectful of my property. He cleaned his work area and returned my appliance to working order
