Very positively impressed.

The service technician arrived at the schedule time. He asked numerous questions & was very knowledgeable & explained what he was doing going to check. Once he determined what the issue was he advised that he would order the part immediately & once the part came in we would be notified so service technician could come back & fix the issue. Very polite & courteous.
