Ishmaaiyl was here to replace a touchscreen for us. He was prompt professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Flamingo for any appliance repair needs you may have.

Ishmaalyl seemed distracted when he first arrived, as if he wasn’t sure what he was doing. But he did a decent job removing the bad parts of the washing machine and installing the new parts. He was very polite and pleasant to me. My only complaint is that he pushed a screwdriver into the gap of the top part of the machine in 2 places so he could pop it open, and in doing so, left 2 spots that scraped off the paint and exposed the metal. I can send a picture if requested. I’m going to Lowe’s to get some appliance paint to touch up those spots. I
