Cleaned up after himself and professional and effective communicator

Hugues was great, it's the Company's bilking of the customer that I have a problem with. I had thoroughly explained the issue confronting my cooktop prior to the tech showing up. After having waited 5.5 hours (for the tech to show up), he's not equipped to fix the problem. So in essence, I paid $159 for nothing. The service or disservice--DESIGNED BY THE COMPANY for technicians to drive around all day ripping off customers with no intention of repairing anything needs to be addressed in Congress. I will never use FLAMINGO services again! And I'll be sure to tell everyone I know my sad experience and not to use you either. You need to return my money! Can't believe you sent me a survey. Really, what did you expect!!?

The technician was on time, identified the issue right away, repaired it quickly, and cleaned up after the repair. He was very polite and pleasant. It was a great repair experience.

I am very upset with my service. The technician took the door off of my dryer to work on it and sat it ontop of my washing machine leaving scratches on both the washer and the dryer door. I have since reached out to the company and have not heard anything back after repeatedly calling to ask for an update on fixing the damages.
