Every single time that this man has been up to our home to do work, he has been the most rude individual my husband and I have ever had to deal with. Yesterday he replaced the refrigerator door. I told him that it was crooked and the handles were not level and he walked away. I made a call to your company and scheduled another technician to come out on April 6. the freezer door that has been replaced, still has condensation and big puddles of water on the bottom which he refused to look at. He is not welcome to come out here again.
