Frankie was amazing to work with. So kind and efficient and explained everything to us as he worked. Wish all service teams had his great attitude and knowledge!

Frankie was fantastic. Personable, competent and fixed our problem! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the service performed did not fix the problem. Some of the time the clothes are still very soggy when the washer ends its cycles. Apparently it is not performing a spin cycle after the final rinse. Another service call has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 14. I suspect that another part is needed and should be obtained prior to this visit.

He left the back off the compressor. It’s leaning against the wall behind the freezer. He was a very nice fellow.

Frankie sent a notice saying he was running late. Gave estimated new arrival time and showed up at that time. Make the repair in a courteous, timely, professional manner. Lucky you if you get Frankie
