Frankie is awesome! Very professional and considerate to your problems and home.

My washer repair was incomplete after 2 service visits. The technician said the washer would work but it does not work at all even after parts were replaced. There was no check in to follow up on the repair and when I called to have the repair completed, I received an appointment 2 weeks later! So now it will be over 1 month without my washing machine and having to go to a laundromat to wash my clothes.

Frankie is a top-notch appliances service expert and very pleasant person to work with.

I’m was very disappointed at the level of professionalism your technician have especially some guy named Pedro. They came unprepared to do the job. Frankie told me he arrived and he was waiting for assistance from the unprofessional Pedro, which was going to take about 25 minutes. I said cool call me when he gets here so they can proceed with the repairs. I proceeded with my work because I am very busy and have a lot to do. 45 minutes pass by I get a call from Frankie saying Pedro was here and can they use my hand truck to move their equipment. I became frustrated because I don’t ask anybody to use their equipment. I think you should have everything you need to get the job done. I am a firm believer in being prepared for the job you are working on. Plus I would have to go to another area and waste my time because of their lack of preparation and further waste my time. I told them to figure it out on their own and proceed to get slick mouth Pedro and little sarcastic Frankie from the lobby. When I arrive in the lobby to get them, we then head up the elevator and I asked them why did it take so long to complete the repair it’s has almost 2 months several dates stated for repairs and they was rescheduled. Slick mouth Pedro said it’s not his problem even though he works for your company who are contracted with whirlpool to make warranty repairs. I did not lend them my hand truck and they both became very unprofessional and unpleasant because they had to carry the equipment to the apartment door which, I work in a high rise building with elevators. Pedro proceeded to say good thing we’re are strong men to carry the equipment and I said as you should. I proceeded to ask their names and said nothing else and I am going on record saying that these two people are a terrible representation of Flamingo Appliances. My company purchases only whirlpool appliances throughout our entire unit and spends millions with whirlpool annually. I will also be following up with whirlpool to share my experience with flamingo appliances. I don’t think Pedro would talk to white counterparts with such a condescending tone but I’m black and I treat everyone equally and I don’t ask for any help from vendors to complete my job that I was assigned. I also work as a ac field technician for years and I always keep a ladder and hand truck on my truck so that I can get my work done safely without having to ask someone else for help. the job was NOT COMPLETE YET THIS TECHNICIAN SAID IT WAS. THE ICE TRAY WAS THE WRONG PART ORDERED BY A DIFFERENT TECHNICIAN BEFORE HIM YET HE STILL PUT THAT THE JOB WAS COMPLETE AND NOW I AM BURDENED WITH PAYING ANOTHER CLAIM FEE WHEN I HAD STATED ALL THE ISSUES WITH THIS FRIDGE IN THE ORIGINAL CLAIM!!! DO NOT WORK WITH A TECHNICIAN THAT CANNOT EVEN PUT ACCURATE ACCOUNTS OF THEIR WORK!!!!!!!

Frankie was very professional and did a nice job installing our part for our vintage oven. Unfortunately the previously used part also blew out. Time to get more parts! It would be great to talk to a real person to get a recommendation on where to go from here. Thank you.
