Our eleven year old "top loading" washing machine was malfunctioning. It was no longer under warranty. The basket was out of balance and the gear case was spinning out of control, making a very loud noise. Eddie, the technician, patiently explained explained all of our options, and answered all of our questions. We were impressed with his product knowledge and professionalism.

Eddie is a pro and an asset to your company. He was thorough and left the area clean.

Really bad tech service. He doesn't answer the phone. Don't solve the problem. He did the inspection very quickly. The dryer had less than one year and he can't fix the problem. I had to call other company and fix the situation in 3 sec. I do not recommend nether best buy nether flamingo service.
