I was not satisfied at all with Flamingo service, although the technician was very professional and I have nothing bad to say about him. I understand the need to pay $159 but the minimum would be to provide an adequate report on what the repair entails. After being informed that the repair would cost close to $600 all I received was a one line report detailing the price of a blower wheel for $47. I am very disappointed and will think twice before contacting Flamingo again.

After installing the panel for the Oven/ Micro wave, Douglas starting leaving the house without testing or checking to see if the Oven/Mircro wave was functions correctly. I asked that he wait and I will test it and he walked outside and closed the door. Very Rude man. I do not want this person working at my house in the future. The other man helping him was very nice
