Late Not pleased with his demeanor very offensive And always calling whirlpool for answers instead of knowing. 3 appliances broke . Waste of time still has to come back for some still are having issues or need parts.

Very professional. Let me know when he was 45 minutes away and when he was at the house. Kept a clean workspace wearing booties on his shoes and using a blanket. He was very helpful and quick with the work and any questions I had. Great job.
