My experience started with the app. It is fantastic. It gave me a good understanding of how the day was progressing and when I needed to be available. Dennis called me to give me a 10 minute warning which was great. He arrived prepared to do the repair and was very quixk and professional. He explained the problem and answered my questions. He tested the machine after the repair and assured me it was working. He also said if I did have a problem later that day (my wife planned to do 3 loads to catch up) to let him know and he would return. As expected, it worked fine. He is a real asset to your organization. Very knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient.

Quick and knowledgeable

The sechduleing was very easy and the response time was good. The only problem is when he left he thought the icemaker would be working and it is not. I guess I will be seeing him again.

Dennis was very professional and friendly. Because of him we will use Flamingo in the future for all appliance repairs. Our experience was old school service with Dennis that is very hard to find these days. Thank you.
