David is a Master Technician. He knew precisely and immediately what was wrong. When parts were delayed he still came over and installed what had arrived.. When he was done, our KitchenAid dishwasher was a brand new machine.

David was the most thorough and competent technician we have ever had wok on an appliance in any our homes He had to pull out the interior mechanics of the fridge interior, reposition the sensor and reassemble the unit. He was patient, hardworking and lovely to have in our home. Thank you, David

SERVICE PEOPLE INCLUDING DAVID DO A GOOD JOB. YOUR SCHEDULING IS TERRIBLE. YOU CHANGED MY DATE AND THEN AFTER REARRANGING MY SCHEDULE I WAITED THE WHOLE DAY ONLY TO BE NOTIFIED THAT MY APPT WAS CANCELLED. 3/30 AND 3/31 APPTS. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE APPT THAT FINALLY OCCURRED YESTERDAY WHICH WENT FINE. PLEASE FIX THE SUPPORT ISSUES IN YOUR COMPANY.
