Knew when he walked in he would do nothing

I purchased a brand new home that came with a Whirlpool stove, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. From the start, the burner element repeatedly tripped my circuit breaker during normal use. This wasn’t a one-time issue — it happened over and over again, making the stove unreliable and frustrating to use. After waiting for a service appointment, a Whirlpool technician finally came out. I was told that this issue can require the breaker to trip multiple times (around 20) before it “resolves itself,” which honestly doesn’t make sense for a brand-new appliance. Even more frustrating, they would not replace the faulty element because doing so would “reset the process,” meaning I’d have to go through the same repeated breaker trips all over again. While the technician was polite, the explanation and solution were unacceptable. A new appliance should not require repeated electrical failures to function properly, and customers shouldn’t be expected to tolerate that. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in Whirlpool’s product quality and support. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.

The work went smoothly but the new part did not work. The refrigerator is still not working to make ice. HELP!!

Darryl was very prompt on Saturday.Appreciated his call to give us his eta. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about our new Whirlpool refrigerator. He gave some helpful tips that we will use in the future. We appreciated his service call.
