I have been lucky enough to have this technician on three occasions. All separate issues. He diagnosis problems with ease, informs the customer of what is wrong, explains the entire process if you need parts and what the next steps are. Flamingo appliances should be proud to have this employee. Others could learn from his expertise and not only troubleshooting, but customer service.

Flamingo and your team have always been great. Punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. Scheduling has been smooth, and I really appreciate the updates on technician status the day of the appointment. Unfortunately, my issue is with KitchenAid. The refrigerator has not been reliable and has now failed for the third time, even after the service completed yesterday. Because of that, I’m expecting another visit from your team this Saturday.
