Efrain was great. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and even advised on best ways to maintain my oven. Only negative was we were informed it was a common problem, yet the parts were not stocked up in the van. So I had to make another appointment. Didn’t make sense if it’s common, to not be fully stocked with the parts. Thanks!
