Sadly the ice maker is still not working. My bill is paid- what is most frustrating is having to wait an entire week for another appointment to hopefully fix what was to be fixed already. The technician was very nice and on time.

Tony was great; arrived as scheduled and was easy to work with. But his controller board that was installed is still having issues, and he needs to return with another board to repair the original problem.
