I would like to start by saying superior professional technician from start to finish, Very knowledgeable about all my appliances. He started working on our dishwasher he was able to find the problem immediately as he finished diagnosing the issue he told me the valve was the problem and the part is in his van. I told him I was impressed that he had the part with him and he answered me with “ I always look at the customers complainants prior to schedule appointments to make sure to have any parts needed.
