Replaced compressor and filter drier. Pulled full vacuum. No change in pressure observed. Recharged with 55g of r600. Unit is operating as designed.

The customer complaint there is a loud noises coming from the refrigerator. Checked the refrigerator found the noises are coming from the freezer section. Checked the door found a gap on the left side. The customer s freezer door is not closing properly. Causing the moisture to build up in the freezer section. Causing the loud noise defrosted the ice forming on the slide rails and evap cover. Tested the freezer fan do not hear any loud noises. The reis cooling and working as designed. If the customer calls back with the same problem. Need to order the evap fan motor.

The customer complaint there is moisture at the top of the ceiling in the freezer section. Checked the freezer and found moisture building up where the door meets the liner cabinet. Checked the door gasket it's in good condition. Found a gap in the liner all around the freezer section. The gap is absolutely less than eight of a ince. Added some clear rtv silicone to the gap in the freezer liner. The refrigerator is cooling with no issues. Called Whirlpool technical support spoke with Joe explained the issues to him. Joe advised the tech install the clear rtv silicone in gap. Joe made note gave the tech a file# 7736597739. (FCC)..
