"FCC....Troubleshoot unit, found black sticky substance on back panel of unit, and all over floor behind unit. Found no traces of substance inside refrigerator cabinet around compressor area. Tested water dispenser, no leaks found. Advised customer substance doesn't look like anything from unit. Advised clean up and monitor, if substance comes back to call back for service, however do not believe leak came from fridge."
