Very professional, quick to get problem solved

Flamingo techs seem to be capable but not very personable. Cooper was the 2nd Flamingo tech to come out for a repair and found the same to be true with him. Cooper disappeared into his work truck for an extended period of time with no explanation to me while a machine was left loudly running connected to my fridge. I am assuming that was a necessary function of the repair but it would have been nice to have that explanation and that he would be stepping out for a long period of time.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I initiated the process January 20th, waited a week for 1st available appt, that was cancelled day of, 2nd appt was rescheduled a week later, after a 10 min inspection was told they would contact the manufacturer, manufacturer said the tray needed to be pulled out but Flamingo suggested that would require a more detailed repair and to get back on the schedule, so I did, then 2 weeks later was told that the repair could not be performed and to contact the manfuacturer myself. I did, the manfuacturer said to perform the repair myself. That was yesterday (Feb 18) so it's been a month of back-and-forth and no resolution from anyone. I disassembled the tray myself yesterday and did what I could and hope that it works. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had unfortunately. I realize you only do what you can, but some up front transparency would have been better. My expectations weren't managed appropriately.

Cooper did a phenomenal job diagnosing my issue and providing the appropriate action plan. I truly appreciate his professionalism!

Very thorough analysis and explanation of our issue. Although we did not need an actual repair (brand new oven that had too much dust in the back from sitting in storage), our technician covered all the bases and answered all the questions. Professional, punctual, definitely would recommend and use again (hopefully we don’t need them but…)

I have had the worst experience with flamingo for scheduling. Cooper gave me no solutions and when I said my last dishwasher dried much better than this one he simply said “this one is different and this is how it is.” I spent time researching and choosing appliances carefully so this is a big disappointment.

This review is not on Cooper, but Flamingo as a whole, and comes in response to a make-up appointment. The makeup was for when Flamingo cancelled (the day of) my original appointment, and that appointment I'd already waited a week for...so now I'm 3 weeks into this process. Cooper placed the responsibility for the repair on the manufacturer, left my home and said "let me talk to the manufacturer and get back to you". The manufacturer's answer was (essentially) "clean it yourself". I don't have the tools or ability to do that with the model refrigerator I have, and was hoping Flamingo would do that for me when they came...but that didn't happen. So, essentially I'm left without a solution to the smell in my refrigerator. I've communciated the issue to Jenn-Air, and they've "escalated" it. Hoping you guys can get back out here ASAP to help me. While bedside manner was fine and he seemed to know what he was doing, at the end of the day Cooper left in a worse position than when I started this process.

Cooper arrived on time. did not touch the refrigerator to examine concerns until I asked him to. I asked if he could call the Kitchen aide online tech to discuss my concerns of a vewry loose wooblyy freezer door. Cooper stated " No.Its Friday afternoon, I will be on hold for over an hour". He stated the that a loose wobbly kitchen aide freezer door was normal. He said the previous Flamingo service tech did not find anything wrong and so I would be charged $159 for his "service call"! Flamingo Appliance repair has been worthless.
