Clinton

Clinton was very nice and knowledgeable. He told us what we were afraid we were going to hear. So he could not repair our stove. Too old since it was a stove we purchased in 1999. We will definitely use again.

Excellent service. This is the second time I have used them, and I was very pleased. They are on time, efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. I like that they over a site that allows you to track your technician so you can see how the appointments before you are progressing. They call to let you know they are on their way, and if for some reason an appointment has taken more time than they anticipated, they call to let you know they are running late, but they will be at the appointment set for you. I will continue to use them.

Clinton, was very informative and very courteous. I expect to have him service my Maytag again.

Tech. was on time and kept me informed of what was happening

The washer in my Airbnb was not functioning properly. Clinton repaired the machine while I had a guest staying there. The next day, my guest said the washer still was not functioning. I scheduled for Clinton to return. I personally went to the Airbnb to be there with Clinton this time. While I waited for him, I washed a small load of towels - it worked fine. Then, I started a large load of towels. Clinton showed up as the load was finishing up; the washer worked fine. It was so embarrassing for me; however, Clinton was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. He was so kind to me and gracious. I sincerely appreciate his respect and kindness.
