Tech has been amazing before servicing our appliances - but this time the minute I tried to explain why I needed a new dryer was way too quick to void the warranty and collude with whirlpool. Neither whirlpool nor flamingo provided any real or reasonable solutions. I’ve already had several contractors come out for several hundreds of dollars and solve for a problem in my house that doesn’t exist - it’s truly the dryer.

Was personable and explained the issue, fast solving the problem. Refrigerator working.

Christopher is an excellent technician and I appreciate his skill and customer service. I was disappointed in Flamingo Appliance because they continually cancelled appointments on me with no notification. In one case I waited and no one showed up. I had to call and find out I had been cancelled.
