We received no service for our Whirlpool 4.5 cubic foot Front Load Washer with Tumble Fresh option, item 1889500. Three times we were given an appointment. No one showed up. We first called on Dec15th. The problem has been solved without any service.

It has been roughly 20 hours since the ice maker was replaced and it is not making any ice!

Easy to book an appointment on the company website with just a few days to wait for a service call. Excellent texting support with information about the upcoming appointment and to my surprise, a phone call telling me when to expect the technician. To my delight our technician, Bryan, showed up right after that. Bryan was professional with excellent communication skills. He expertly reviewed our situation and gave us great advice about how to proceed, or in this case adopt a wait and see attitude without getting new parts because the situation had been resolved. I will definitely be calling Flamingo should I need further repairs on any home appliance!

Bryan was very helpful and efficient. He communicated well with me about what he did to fix the refrigerator.
