Avery did great job determining problem with our refrigerator. He was very informative too with ideas that will help us in the future. Excellent technician!

I have been trying to get the microwave fixed since early December. Several techs have been out here multiple times without success. I think every part on the unit has been replaced. Avery discovered a fuse that had shorted against the frame. It is working again and was such a simple fix. Whirlpool almost replaced the unit. Kudos to Avery!
