Arley was very courteous & went out of his way to correct a clogged drain on the freezer side of our refrigerator, even though his steamer broke, he fixed the clog without the steamer rather than making us set another appointment & wait until he could get another steamer I highly recommend this service & the warranty contract

question...why do I have to turn middle dial on washer before I wash cloths? Months before washing machine stopped working I didn't do that!
