Appliance Repair in Zephyrhills, Florida

Showed up told us we needed to rebook as we needed to move the dryer. He said the ofgice would call to rebook. The office never called us to rebook. We waited 2 weeks without any service. Terrible!

I’m a very unhappy customer given that my 7 month old, expensive washer has been broken since May 14th!! Problems getting a technician to my house apparently due to work over load and not enough technicians available to do warranty work, inability to accurately diagnose the problem(s), and inability to get parts in a timely manner. That being said, Mike who was the first technician to come to my house on June 2nd, was very personable and he did apologize for scheduling issues. Keith also was very personable and hopefully he has more thoroughly and completely diagnosed the problem(s) with my washer and can get parts and expedite your next visit. My sense is that Whirlpool can care less that they have lost a life long customer forever!!

Very nice and super fast fix

Michael is a very pleasant, courteous, and professional person. He diagnosed, then replaced the failed part. He was very quick and the dishwasher is now cleaning better than even when it was new. Michael is a great asset for Flamingo Appliance.
