After several visits from Flamingo Appliance trying different repair parts on a new Kitchen Aid icemaker under WHIRLPOOL warranty which was purchased and delivered to owner on 4/7/25, the icemaker is still producing thin, slushy ice. We have a LEMON ICEMAKER that needs to be replaced with a NEW KITCHEN AID ICEMAKER. Owner has had numerous KITCHEN AID/WHIRLPOOL ICEMAKERS in the past that made good solid cubes; THIS ONE WE CURRENTLY HAVE STARTED PRODUCING THIN ICE in October 2025 when we first called for repair and it is now December 12, 2025, after 4-5 service calls, making the same thin, slushy ice we are unable to use. Flamingo wants to send out another repair tech?????? We will need to report to BBB and Chanel 8 on Your Side if not remedied. We are really sorry, but we paid good money for an icemaker that does not produce quality cubes because it is a LEMON! PLEASE HELP US!!!!
