Appliance Repair in Wesley Chapel, Florida

The technician who responded was USELESS! He would not even help me move my dryer or the washer so that he could get to it, citing” I am not allowed to move anything”. He did fix the broken lock but then completely blew me off when I told him how violently the washer shakes and that the shaking is what caused the lock to break. He said I was putting too much in the basket. I know how to do laundry! When I tried to explain, he talked over me and said the washer is fine. He could not wait to get out of here and left with my dryer unplugged and the hose disconnected (which he disconnected) and both machines pulled out. He apparently had more important things to do.

Came twice but the ice maker still now working. Arrogant and rude! Called to reschedule with another person. The woman on the phone was not helpful and could not give me sooner appointment and could not guarantee that another competent person would help. I called my coverage service provider and I was given a new appointment very quickly with another repair service!
