Michael was very professional & knowledgable throughout his service visit. He explained the many facets of the Maytag washer & best care of the machine while reviewing the issue that required the service visit.

Mitchell talked the situation over with me then checked out the appliance thoroughly - taught me a few things and replaced the agitator because it was the most likely culprit for the problem- he did a great job

Mitchell was a nice enough guy but did not fix our washer. As he was driving away, I started a load of laundry and the washer exhibited the same problem he said he had just fixed and didn't work. I called right away and was told he would not return that day and could not return for another 10 days. That put our washer at over 5 weeks of not working after reporting the problem to Flamingo. I deal with repair vendors all the time in my job and Flamingo is easily the worst company I've dealt with. After telling Lowes and Whirlpool about their poor service, I was given a replacement washer.

Mitch “the Technician” was very Courteous wearing the booties and the moment opening the refrigerator new the problem issue, we did not going to details about the unite. we were pleased to see that a professional doing the work.
