Pedro was able to identify the problem with my Maytag washing machine immediately after I told him what was happening. Within a few minutes the machine was running properly and he advised me what settings I should be using on the machine. I really appreciate the fact Pedro took the time to let me know what settings I should be using. Pedro was very friendly and professional.

Great experience from start to finish! He was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.
