Darrell was the only person from any vendor with Whirlpool that picked up the phone to talk to me about the issue. He also told me what WP didn't. I appreciate the fact that he listened and understood my issue. I now have to kick this problem back to the builder again to figure out what the issue is. I figured what he said already was pretty much the problem but he honed in on it. So the builder didn't do yet another thing right in my home which is no surprise. Thank you for being honest. It's also rare in FL for anyone to actually be honest.
