Everything was fine with the visit until Russel spoke with a member of Whirlpool. After the phone call it’s was almost like he didn’t want to help my issue. Russel informed me the breaker would need to be changed in order for my washer to work properly even though I had an electrician look at that and was informed nothing was wrong. So after he left my house I took his advice and replaced the breaker just in case. Well to find out my electrician was correct because the washer still trips the breaker proving there is an issue with the 4 month old washer.
