Russell called me to let me know he was on his way to my appointment which I really appreciated. Unfortunately the company did not let me know that I could not pay in cash for my appointment but Russell was very courteous, took my card info and waited until I got to the bank to deposit cash to pay. I was very embarrassed by the situation but he was very respectful and professional regarding the misunderstanding. Hopefully the company will have the part needed for the repair soon
