Douglas knew what needed to be done to eliminate the vibration noise coming from my new Kitchen Aid refrigerator. And, so far, so good!! He is very polite, knows what he is doing and was very good about explaining what the next step may be if this problem reoccurs. I am very satisfied with his service. I would like to share a comment, however, about the phone system for contacting Flamingo. I made my original call on Thursday, the 12th of May. After waiting (possibly 15 minutes) to speak with someone, I finally pressed "2" in order to have my call returned. No one called on Thursday or Friday, so I made a second call on Monday and was able to have the appointment for Tuesday. Douglas called that morning and I did receive his very good service, for which I am most grateful. (However, I would like to suggest that someone look into a way to decrease the amount of time that a caller must wait in order to request service). Bottom line - - - Douglas is a credit to Flamingo Appliance!!
